Terms & Conditions Cancellations - Osa Travel Costa Rica must be notified in writing of any cancellations or changes in itinerary. Cancellation charges are as follows: 45 days or more before arrival a processing fee of $25 per person will be charged plus any penalties imposed by other agents. Less than 45 days 100% will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for services not utilized. Some changes may also incur charges if made less than 45 days before arrival.
Important notice. For your convenience we recommend you purchase a travel insurance policy. OSA travel Costa Rica acts as an agent for lodging, transportation companies, guides and other contractors and shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss, delay, or issue that may occur including but not limited to the following: any defect in a vehicle or other form of transportation, the acts or default of any company or person engaged with a traveler, acts of God, detention, delays or expenses arising from theft, force, civil disturbance, government restriction, accident by aircraft, boat, motor vehicle or any other form of transport, or in any hotel, or form of accommodation. Deposit payment is taken as acknowledgement and agreement of the above items.
