OSA Travel Costa Rica Lodges

Leona Lodge
Only 30 minutes from Carate village, Leona Lodge takes pride in serving excellent Costa Rican cuisine. It will be just the stuff to prepare you for one of the best trails in Corcovado Park which starts only two hundred meters from the lodge.

Finca Exotica Lodge
This Eco lodge is the main part of the Sami Refuge that protects over 300 acres of Osa Costa Rica land. However, its five nature trails are only a small part of its appeal and the lodge’s fascinating organic farm is well worth the admission price on its own.

Bosque del Cabo
Situated on the cliffs of Capo Matapalo, 500 feet above the Golfo Dulce, Bosque del Cabo is one of the Osa Peninsulas primary lodges. Its many trails lead down the cliff and foothills and onto the isolated and pristine beaches that make this area so unique.

Danta Lodge
This family run Costa Rica resort, has a down to earth philosophy that branches right through the community, buying only local produce and hiring only local guides. They have complemented their approach by building simple, but homely wooden Costa Rica Cabinas in the center of 35 hectares of gorgeous Osa Peninsula farmland. All in all a relaxing starting point for the southern part of the Corcovado National Park.

Nuevo Lodge
Built on a small forested ridge by the river this very affordable lodge has jungle and river trails. Transportation to the lodge is by tractor when the river is high. Wildlife, horse back riding in the forest. Accommodation in platform cabinas, plentiful Costa Rican meals, friendly staff.

Ojo del Mar
Meaning eye of the sea, the Ojo del Mar Costa Rica beach resort peeks from between the beach and rainforest and onto the crystal waters of the Golfo Dulce. If you don’t fancy a dip then you are welcome to relax in their private garden among the mango and coconut trees. Here you can either stretch out on a hammock or receive a massage in one of their bamboo Costa Rica Cabinas.

Pirate Cove Lodge
Private Cove Lodge is located on two kilometers of beach in the beautiful Drake Bay area. The area is named after Francis Drake who used the area as a port, but is equally famous for British pirates’ allegedly burying treasure there. With the pirates long gone, the lodge’s snorkeling and diving tours give visitors the chance to perhaps strike it rich.
