Danta Lodge
This family run Costa Rica resort, has a down to earth philosophy that branches right through the community, buying only local produce and hiring only local guides. They have complemented their approach by building simple, but homely wooden Costa Rica Cabinas in the center of 35 hectares of gorgeous Osa Peninsula farmland. All in all a relaxing starting point for the southern part of the Corcovado National Park.

Tours/Activities
Within their 30 hectares of Osa Peninsula land, Danta Lodge has a number of private trails. Their most popular activity is a cooking tour. It consists of you hunting the surrounding area for the ingredients of either your lunch or dinner. Horse back tours are available to the Indigenous reserve of the Guaimi tribe who sell their native crafts.
