Bosque del Cabo

Bosque del Cabo offers 10 private bungalows, 2 Costa Rica Villa rentals, and 3 garden accommodations.

There are three classic bungalows. Each has two double beds, a writing table, an indoor bathroom and a double door that opens onto a view of the Pacific Ocean. They have named their other seven bungalows the Deluxe Bungalows. Each features a king-sized bed and a bathroom and observation decks larger than the ones featured in the classic bungalows. Three of the deluxe bungalows have a loft perfect for Costa Rica family vacations, holding one double bed and two singles.

They call their two Costa Rica Villa rentals Casa Blanca and Casa Miramar. Casa Blanca has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two queen-sized beds. It is completed by a kitchen and a living room. Casa Miramax also has a kitchen and a lounge, but the lodge has set it up more for a Costa Rica family vacation with three bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, one with twin beds and the final room with a double bed. It also comes with a pool.

Cabina la Pez, Cabina Almenda are both located in the gardens. They both have one room containing a queen sized bed. Also located in the garden is Casa Teca. This has two bedrooms, also containing queen-sized beds.

Services

Bosque del Cabo’s restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers packed lunches for those going on day tours. They have a swimming pool open all day. Next to the pool is a bar which serves a selection of Costa Rican wines and international beers.

Tours/Activities

Bosque del Capo has many activities for their guests. Their most unique activity is the tree platform. For this activity, a trained member of staff harnesses and connects you to a pulley that then zooms you through 250 feet of rain forest. Other activities include guided tours on their private jungle trails.

Rates

During the high season, the bungalows are from $150 per person per night. Children under 12 are from $95. During the green season, it costs from $135 per adult and $85 per child. For the holiday, it is from $175 per adult and $95 per child.

During the high season, the houses are from $380 per night. During the green season, it costs from $325. For the holiday season, it costs from $450. The lodge also rents the houses weekly at a slightly lower rate.

During the high season, the garden accommodation is from $120 per person per night. Children under 12 are from $85. During the green season, it costs from $95 per adult and $85 per child. For the holidays, it is from $150 per adult and $80 per child.

N.B The price for the bungalows includes meals. The house and garden accommodations don’t include meals, but food packages can be purchased upon request.
